Delivery service Deliv revealed this week that it will be expanding to nine new markets this year. The new expansion will allow the company to extend to more than 100 cities and allows big-time operating retailers such as Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s to expand their delivery options.

The California-based company provides same-day delivery services for 150 retailers. The company has partnered with small groups across the country such as Westfield Corp., General Growth Properties, Simon Property Group, and more. With the new addition, Deliv’s number of markets will surpass doubling as it will bring the total to 17. “Deliv is more than doubling its footprint with the expansion and is enhancing the shopping experience at participating retailers across the country,” said Daphne Carmeli, chief executive officer of Deliv.

The cities that the company will extend to will include New York, Las Vegas, Honolulu, Miami, Boston, Brooklyn, and more. Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s will now be able to expand same-day delivery services to the new nine markets for any products that are purchased through their e-commerce sites. The charge for same-day delivery for either site is currently 5 dollars.

Deliv currently operates in cities such as Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, San Francisco, and Seattle. The markets will roll out through the end of August with New York launching in October. The crowdsourced, same-day delivery service was founded in 2012 and currently houses over 50 employees. The company works by bridging the gap between channel retailers and their customers.
