San Francisco-based label Brandless just opened its first retail space. The temporary pop-up shop will remain open for over a week until May 13.

The e-commerce company chose the city because of the culture of the city. “This is also a community with great foot traffic and we think they’ll be really engaged with our programming," cofounder and chief executive officer Tina Sharkey told WWD. The shop doesn't retail any of its merchandise, but instead allows for guests to sample the product. Potential customers can interact with the pop-up via social media as well as make purchases on devices, however the end product will be delivered to their home instead of bought in-store.

The pop-up will also include seminars with yoga, meditation, DIY skincare and more. As the site launched mid-summer last year, the company has grown to retail various beauty products as well as as bath and skincare merchandise. The company has closed a 35 million dollar round of Series B funding, as reported by WWD. Moving forward, it seems that the Brandless label is working to expand its name in Los Angeles as well as progress in the retail climate through this pop-up experience.
