Famous Footwear adopts BOPS delivery method for holiday shoppers

The holiday shopping season is fueled by retailers offering new conveniences to their consumers to help incentivize more decisions shop at their stores as opposed to competitors. One of the most common conveniences that retailers are adopting is buy online, pickup in store (BOPS), as it brings together the ease of online shopping with the speedy delivery of a store visit.

Famous Footwear is the latest retailer to bring this type of offering to its customer experience. The American footwear retailer announced that it is offering free same-day pickup for online orders placed during the holiday shopping season.

This allows shoppers to purchase Famous Footwear’s range of shoes from Nike, Bans, Steve Madden, Timberland or more online and have their order ready in around 60 minutes to pick up at their chosen retail location.

The same-day pickup offer is in place for Christmas gifts on orders placed up until 2 p.m. on December 24.
