Los Angeles - Denmark-based brand Han Kjobenhavn is ready to make its next move in the U.S. The apparel line, founded on Danish design fundamentals, revealed plans to open a flagship in downtown Los Angeles.

From European roots, the sophisticated men’s clothing line will land in downtown off of Broadway. The space was formerly occupied by a Pilates studio, as reported by Apparel News. The new store will offer the brand’s menswear including the brand’s most recent collections. Han Kjobenhavn offers outerwear, button-downs, tank tops, eyewear, and more. The label has built a reputation for itself based on Danish-style clothing reflecting a sleek, minimalist look with an edge.

The company was founded by Jannik Davidsen and Tim Hancock. The brand, established in 2008 in Copenhagen, firstly started out with eyewear. Eventually, over time the founders were able to build the label more and offer ready-to-wear apparel and full-scale collections. The brand has also opened stores in fashion capitals New York City and Paris. Although this won’t be the brand’s first store in the U.S., it will serve as the label’s first boutique on the West Coast.
