HauteLook, e-commerce flash sales site, announced that its headquarters will relocate to downtown Los Angeles this September.

The website, known for hosting private, limited-time designer sales, is planning to join a mix of shops taking over a new development space. The Ratkovich Company, Los Angeles-based developer, is spending 180 million dollars into transforming the Macy's Plaza indoor mall into a new center, according to WWD.

The Bloc will continue to receive alterations and improvements throughout the next couple of months for this change. HauteLook and nordstromrack.com together will inhabit 44,000 square feet in the new development project, according to WWD. "Right now it's an exciting time for the business," Terry Boyle, HauteLook president, told the publication.

Nordstrom Inc.'s HauteLook was founded in 2007. The website offers designer womenswear, menswear, jewelry, accessories, and more at discounted prices. The company has over 1,200 employees in total at its headquarters. The new office will bring in approximately 300 workers, according to WWD.
