Isabel Marant, high-end womenswear brand, announced the opening of its first San Francisco store. The new store is set to open tomorrow and will serve as the brand’s third official store in the United States.

The new space will occupy 2,300 square foot and will be on Jackson Street near the Hotaling Building. The brand currently has two operating stores in the United States; one is located in New York while the other is in Los Angeles. Originally the store was planned to open in May according to LA Racked, but the actual opening is set for Friday, June 26. Although each store reflects the brand, the San Francisco store will have its own design to it. The New York location has wooden fixtures for a rustic theme, while the Los Angeles boutique resembles more of a desert oasis feel. As both stores at the moment carry Isabel Marant’s line as well as Etoile Isabel Marant, it is likely that the San Francisco will carry both brands as well.

Isabel Marant is known for its high fashion pieces that incorporate luxury and edge. The collections typically resemble a contemporary vibe, fitting for San Francisco’s laid-back luxurious style. The brand, established by Marant in 1994, began with its first store opening just four years after. In an effort to expand her brand, “Isabel Marant Etoile” was established in 1999 to provide more casual, affordable clothing for her customers. The brand currently houses under 200 employees.
