Denim discounts no more. The J. Brand jean factory outlet, located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, has announced its closure.

The denim factory has been receiving new stock but is scheduled to close anytime between now and the end of the month, according to LA Racked. Its lease is up on July 31, Friday. The factory has spent eight years at its Washington Boulevard location. Currently, the factory outlet has offer a myriad of sales and deals throughout the years, including a 60 dollar denim discount back in the summer of 2013 every Sunday. The following year, the brand marked down its denim to 50-90 percent off including shorts, capris, boyfriend styles, and others for spring. The factory outlet is also known for stocking denim tops, jackets, and outerwear for women. J. Brand also offered a small section for men’s jeans as well at discounted prices.

According to Fast Retailing, the operation did not meet sales quotas. “J Brand fell short of expectations, reporting a slightly larger operation loss,” Fast Retailing reports. Currently, the factory outlet is holding a out-of-business sale with pieces ranging from 30 to 60 dollars in price. There are a range of styles for denim including distressed, high-rise, classic, and more for both men and women.
