Menswear fashion icon Josh Peskowitz is coming to Los Angeles. In the form of a new specialty menswear retail store, Peskowitz plans to open his latest project: Magasin.

The store will offer menswear clothing including tailored apparel as well as sportswear options. The brand, which is aimed at the modern male American consumer, will have emerging labels such as Massimo Alba, Engineered Garments, and more. The clothing will range in price from approximately 200-1,000 dollars. “The store will be stocked like a full, interchangeable wardrobe [with] lots of unstructured tailoring, plays on proportion, plays on [pattern],” Peskowitz told Business of Fashion.

Magasin’s target aim is to created a polished, refine retail store aimed for stylish, fashion-forward men. Peskowitz, who formerly served as Bloomingdale’s fashion director, has over 14 years of experience in the fashion industry. Launching the new shop serves as his first venture into retail. Peskowitz’s store is scheduled to open at the Culver City’s Platform shopping mall sometime next spring.
