Los Angeles - California-based brand K-Swiss Global Brands (KSGB), a division of E.Land USA, recently announced that it’s moving headquarters. Moving from Westlake Village, the shoewear company will relocate to downtown Los Angeles this upcoming January.

The new headquarters will be the Pac Mutual Building in downtown Los Angeles. The facility will house K-Swiss’s global operations and will also house sister brands Supra, Palladium, and OTZ Shoes. The new location was chosen due to the nature of the city’s culture and environment. “As our organization grows, there will be an intrinsic benefit to immersing ourselves in the progressive culture of downtown Los Angeles,” chief executive officer and chairman of K-Swiss Global Brands Truman Kim said in a statement. Plans for the new location include global offices and showrooms for every brand that is housed there. Also, the location will have an innovative design facility including a communal work space, a roof deck, a health club, and more.

KSGB is a division of E.Land Group and owns a wide portfolio of global lifestyle brands. Included in KSGB’s portfolio includes K-Swiss, Supra Footwear, KR3W Denim Co., Palladium, PLDM, and OTZ Shoes. The company is currently headquartered in California, although has offices spread worldwide.
