Los Angeles - Khloe Kardashian recently made her mark on the apparel industry by launching a denim brand. Pairing with Emma Grede, the two launched Good American, which has now officially gone down in apparel history as the biggest denim launch, reaching one million dollars in sales on its first day.

Good American was initially launched with three styles, which have now all sold out over twice since its launch on October 18. The line includes a skinny fit jean called Good Legs, a tailored boyfriend cut called Good Cuts, and a high-waisted skinny pair called Good Waist. The denim line offers sizes from 0 to 24, providing a wide range for customers. "I'm so happy with the success we have had in the last month, but we have so far to go. This is only the beginning," Kardashian said in a statement. Having the variation of sizes really allows for the brand to have a wide audience and great customer response. “We've created a product that works on a girl who's size 00 and looks equally great in a size 24,” she commented.

The point of Good American is to provide great-fitting jeans that celebrate skinny cuts as well as curvy body types. "We're a brand with a specific purpose. We want our customers to look and feel great in anything they ever wear from Good American," Grede said in a statement. As Khloe Kardashian has been known famously for her curves, it's fitting that her brand would support a diverse range of women’s body types. "Making curves look good is not just something we say, it's a demand our product has to deliver for our customers,” said Grede.

On the tails of its fresh success, the Los Angeles-based denim company has announced it will start rolling out new product bi-weekly. Starting in the end of January 2017, Good American will start bringing out new products as well as maintaining its original best-selling styles. The premium denim brand also announced moving into other apparel categories including skirts, shorts, and jackets. While the focus will still be on creating form-fitting denim, it’s clear that Good American is set to grow beyond its limits to provide a fuller range of products.
