Kitson Kitross officially launched this past week on Robertson Boulevard. The move serves the purpose of a comeback for founder Fraser Ross in order to re-brand.

After closing earlier last year, Ross seems to be moving back into retail with the store location. After the original Kitson closed in January 2016, the celebrity-shopped brand was expected to close for good. Landing in a space with the new name, the boutique also has the old Kitson sign, as reported by WWD.

In debuting the store, Ross is re-claiming his old company. “It’s what’s rightfully mine that was taken away in circumstances that should never have been allowed,” Ross told the publication. In August, Ross filed a lawsuit against the former business partner of Kitson Chris Lee. He accused Lee of allegedly defrauding the company, ultimately leading to Kitson's downfall. Now moving forward, he is taking back the Kitson name with a fresh start.
