M&S offloads Amsterdam flagship site to Hudson's Bay Co.

London - Marks & Spencer has dropped plans to open a second flagship store Amsterdam, the Netherlands, following news that Canadian retailer Hudson's Bay Co. (HBC) it set to enter the country.
