Marshalls joins Shoppes in Apple Greene

Marshalls just announced that it will be opening a store at the Shoppes in Apple Greene in Dunkirk, Maryland. In opening this location, the retailer will be the second anchor at the Shoppes along with Harris Teeter.

The shop stands as the brand's first location in this county, boasting 21,000 square feet. "We are very pleased that Harris Teeter and Marshalls have chosen of the Shoppes at Apple Greene as their first locations within Calvert County." said Drew Gorman, ECHO's Senior Vice President. Marshall joins the shopping plaza which will have 30,000 square feet for additional stores, restaurants, and more, according to the developer, ECHO Realty. Spanning over 100,000 square feet total, the plaza still has yet to confirm the rest of its shopping retailers.

It seems in the near future, ECHO will work on filling those vacant spaces. Currently, the opening date for the shopping destination has not yet been disclosed.
