Japanese quality goods brand Muji has confirmed a new flagship in the U.S. With a handful of stores open in the country, the brand announced its Santa Anita location opening January 12.

The brand confirmed the store opening on its website with an opening date listed next to the stores address. The 6,351 square foot store will be the brand’s sixth California store, with a total of 13 stores overall in the U.S. The store will debut the company’s Found Muji China collection including porcelain bowls and plates, according to WWD. The Japanese brand will also retail a mix of apparel along with the household items, focusing on simplistic, quality products at the store.

Muji is known for its womenswear, menswear, accessories, and furniture and home goods. Founded in 1980, the brand’s name translates as “no-brand, quality goods.” The products come from a rational manufacturing process but are not necessarily minimalist goods. With a budding presence in the U.S., the retailer shows off a strong start to its growth.
