Los Angeles - After announcing this month a new store opening in Costa Mesa, & Other Stories just recently unveiled an additional location. The elevated sister brand of H&M has unveiled plans to take over Gap’s former space off of Beverly Drive.

The space will comprise of 5,700 square feet and will include all of the brand’s merchandise. & Other Stories has gained its reputable standing as a fashion brand by retailing ready-to-wear, accessories, handbags, shoes, and more. This news follows after the brand just announced plans to open at South Coast Plaza. However, the newer store will be in a slightly different area of Los Angeles. The reason & Other Stories is opening another location is due to the a plan that the company has put into motion for a while now. “Reaching Los Angeles is something all of us at Stories have been looking forward to for quite some time,” Samuel Fernstrom, managing director of the brand, told Racked LA.

Last year, the brand did announced that it would focus on opening more locations in 2016. Currently, & Other Stories opened a couple of locations last year including one off of Fifth Avenue. As an emerging brand and counterpart to H&M, & Other Stories has only been around for three years. Expanding its presence in Los Angeles is only a natural move for the growing brand. “It is truly the city of dreams so we’re thrilled to have found this great location right in the heart of it,” Fernstrom told Racked LA.
