Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Saks’ outlet store, is opening its newest location scheduled for next week. On Thursday, August 6, the new store will open at Beverly Connection with a grand opening party as well.

The shop confirmed with LA Racked that it’s opening date will be August instead of its previously revealed date in July. The new space will be 27,000 square feet and will sit across the street from the Beverly Center in Los Angeles. The store will have two floors and have approximately 800 brands available. Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th will offer menswear, womenswear, children’s clothing and home decor. The grand opening for the outlet will take place on Wednesday offering select discounts for their merchandise. The brand teamed up with Who What Wear in order to host a preview party where guests can enjoy refreshments as well as shop the newest collection. The party will continue throughout the weekend with DJ’s and giveaway contests.

The outlet version of the brand encompasses all of Saks Fifth Avenue’s luxury styles without the luxury price. The outlet stores didn’t come to fruition until 1992 offering off-price designer clothing and accessories. Saks Fifth Avenue has been established as a company long before its outlet-extensions. Based in New York, the company was founded by Andrew Saks in 1924. Currently, Saks Fifth Avenue has over 10,000 employees. There are approximately 42 Saks Fifth Avenue locations and 65 Off 5th locations. The company has an estimated revenue of 2.786 billion dollars.
