Saks Off 5th’s first outlet store in the Los Angeles area will open this July.

At Beverly Connection, the new outlet will occupy a 27,000 square foot space. The space will have two floors and include a layout that will provide ample space for both menswear and womenswear designer fashion. The former space was occupied by The Corner Bakery and Db Shoes. Designing-wise, the store will have a modular layout and breathable feel to its interior. Customers can expect new arrivals weekly as well as all of Saks at Fifth familiar high-end brands.

The company confirmed its move to LA Racked earlier this week. “This is a fashion-forward, style-savvy community, and Off 5th will cater to the market with luxury, on-trend shopping...” Jonathan Greller, president of outlets of Hudson’s Bay Company told the publication. Hoping this new venture will become a “must-shop destination” for fashion in L.A., the luxury store will continue to offer its designer fashion.

Saks Off 5th has become a haven for Saks Fifth Avenue designerware and more affordable prices. The outlets offer savings for its customers by finding high-quality on-trend products and offering reasonable deals. The Saks Off 5th outlet carries over 800 note-worthy fashion brands. Currently, there are five Saks Off 5th outlets in California, although so far none in L.A.

The set date is not yet confirmed, but the outlet is expected to open in July of 2015.
