Steven Alan opens first Orange County boutique

Steven Alan, designer multi-brand retailer, is set to open its first boutique in Orange County. The new location will be in Orange County’s Lido Marina Village, which is currently undergoing construction.

The new boutique will occupy a 1,526 square foot space in the shopping center. The shop will serve as the brand’s first space in Orange County, although it will be the store’s fourth retail flagship in Southern California. Steven Alan offers contemporary clothing including womenswear, menswear, jewelry, and more. Designer labels the store carries include Acne Studios, Marant, Grace Lee, Jil Sander Navy, John Elliot + Co., Clare V., Black Crane, and more. The new location will offer its signature apparel, accessories, home goods, and more.

Lido Marina Village will complete renovations in 2016

DJM Capital, development company, is helping facilitate the new opening of Steven Alan. The store is set to open November of this year. The rest of the development, which totals 116,000 square feet, will be completely renovated by this fall. The full alterations will be complete in 2016.Lido Marina Village, set in Newport Beach, will host shopping boutiques and dining options. The shopping options will include artisan boutiques, apparel, hand-crafted goods, and more.

Steven Alan was established his company in 1997. His first retail store opened in 1994, offering designer fashion pieces from emerging artists. Alan’s first collection was in 1999, which included casual essentials for everyday wear. His collection included both men's and women's clothing. His apparel is now available at 22 Steven Alan stores. His brand reaches over 300 stores globally.
