Studio Hus founder moves into retail with new flagship

Founder and creative director of Studio Hus Tatum Kendrick recently just unveiled a new retail endeavor in Los Angeles. The interior designer has redirected her talents to opening her new boutique You’re So Baby.

The 900-square-foot flagship bows nears Silver Lake and will open officially on December 1. The aesthetic of the store will be “edgy, sexy, [and a] feminine point of view,” as reported by WWD. The store will offer apparel, lingerie, accessories, and more. Her flagship will also offer various collaboration collections that she has done in the past, including a piece from her partnership with Grant Knits. The interior mostly reflects a unique decor, with a vintage couch and glass furniture. The store offers its chic merchandise including its feminine pieces as well as its retro-inspired clothing.

Her experience comes from designing interior spaces including offices, hopes, and more. As the founder of Studio Hus, her company takes spaces and uses their inventive designs to create a unique, functional place. “The result is impactful design with purpose,” Studio Hus’s website reads. With this background in mind, it’s clear that the retail shop’s interior will show off intentional, stylistic designs.
