Sweaty Betty opens its first LA store

Los Angeles – The London-based brand Sweaty Betty is planning to come to Venice this month with its first Los Angeles boutique.

As its first Los Angeles store, the store’s interior naturally mirrors its location. Right off of the shoreline in Venice, the brand’s interior will reflect a beachy, outside décor including wood and metal fixtures. In addition, the store will also feature art of English landscapes, according to Racked LA.

Known for its activewear, the British label includes sports bras, workout tops, yoga bottoms, swimwear and more. Founded in 1998, the brand’s mission is to inspire women to find empowerment through fitness. By incorporating utilitarian garments with stylish silhouettes, Sweaty Betty offers its activewear merchandise retailing from 50 dollars and up.

The new store will land on Abbot Kinney Boulevard, one of Venice’s favored shopping spots. The official opening date for the brand is Friday, November 20.
