Los Angeles - The Americana at Brand recently revealed a new brand to add to its collection of trendy, elevated fashion retailers. British brand Topshop, and its menswear counterpart Topman, will be joining the shopping plaza in Spring 2016.

At the Americana, one of their buildings is plastered with their newest announcement of the British brand. The Topshop logo glosses over the old space that was previously held by Gilly Hicks, lingerie brand owned by Abercrombie & Fitch. The newest addition will be the retailer’s second shop in Los Angeles. Topshop and Topman are both known for offering sophisticated, clean styles that accentuate a British-influence. Prices range from a lowly 12 dollars for basic camis to approximately 1,200 dollars for a fur, sheepskin coat. Although the Americana at Brand revealed that the store will be coming in Spring 2016, the exact date or month is not yet known.

Topshop was established in 1964 in Britain. Based in London, the brand is known for its elevated street fashion. Topshop currently offers women’s clothing including basics, outerwear, tops, bottoms, intimates, and more. Topman started as the menswear equivalent of Topshop, offering the same style of clothing but geared towards men. Currently, the brand has over 300 stores in the U.K., and ships to more than 100 countries internationally. Topshop houses approximately over 4,000 employees at its company.
