Forty Five Ten, known as a premier boutique destination, recently has decided to shake things up a bit. The company just opened a new concept shop with Taylor Tomasi Hill, branded with her initials and aimed at a younger audience.

The new shop is merchandised to appeal to a young audience, using tactics aimed for appealing to a certain target market. TTH Forty Five Ten opened recently in Dallas’ Highland Park Village. The shopping center is also home to other retailers including Stella McCartney, Balenciaga, Celine, Rag & Bone, Ralph Lauren and more. Highland Park Village serves as a home to a lot of upscale retailers. TTH Forty Five Ten will include clothing from established brands as well as other labels, fitting in with its neighboring stores.

Ultimately the new store is about changing the brand and directing towards the youth. “We found our customer was no longer interested in labels like ‘designer’ and ‘contemporary,’” Brian Bolke, president and cofounder of the brand, told WWD. In order to attract new customers, TTH Forty Five Ten provides a new wave for the store as far as clothing options. The new store will focus on classic, timeless statement pieces as well as as everyday wear. Some brands include Alexander Wang, Redone, Marc Jacobs and more. In changing direction, it’s likely that TTH Forty Five Ten will be successful in attracting a younger audience. As more millennials are opting for simple, unique options when it comes to styling; TTH Forty Five Ten seems to be headed in the right direction.
