Under Armour opens Boston Brand House

Under Armour just recently opened its newest specialty retail location on November 3 in Boston. Located at the Prudential Center in the Back Bay, the 19,000 square foot store has officially opened.

The new location will feature men’s, women’s, youth apparel, footwear, and accessories. Dubbed The Boston Brand House, the interactive retail space includes two floors as well as highlight product categories. The categories around the store range from running, basketball, golf, studio, outdoor, team sports, footwear, and more. The store will also have the Optojump experience, an interactive skill test, that can help athletes measure their speed, reaction time, and power. The store also features a wall map in its fitting rooms highlighting a running path for the brand’s Connected Fitness running community. The new location will also retail UAS, a new modern American sportswear label.

The Boston Brand House will also offer local apparel highlighting Boston sports teams. "Bostonians have a true passion for sports and a fortitude that is hard to rival - qualities which are the essence of the Under Armour Brand," said Susie McCabe, senior vice president of global retail. With Boston’s competitive sports history in the past, this location is appropriately fitting for a sportswear store. "The Under Armour Boston Brand House will highlight our commitment to making all athletes better through performance and innovation, while providing consumers with an elevated shopping experience,” said McCabe.
