Zara will open this year at Glendale Galleria

Zara, retailer famously known for its knitwear and contemporary clothing, is planning to open its newest location this year. At the shopping-haven Glendale Galleria, Zara will open its newest store.

The newest addition to the galleria will be Zara’s 35,000 square-foot space. The Spanish fashion retailer is known for its chic womenswear, menswear, and children’s clothing. The on-trend retailer is known for its affordable, high-quality apparel. The set date for the store opening has not yet been released, although it will be in 2015.

Last year, the Glendale Galleria underwear a multi-million dollar renovation and remodel. Zara is only one of the newer changes that is planned for the retailer center. The renovation from last year included remodeling Bloomingdale's and changing the exterior layout of the shopping center. The plaza is also home to retailers such as Armani Jeans, Uniqlo, Hollister, and more. The galleria currently gets 25 million shoppers per year.

Zara, owned by Inditex, is one known as one of the largest international fashion companies. Inditex is also affiliated with Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Zara Home, and more. Inditex serves as a distribution group with over 5,500 stores in 86 countries spread throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, and America. Inditex was established as a company in 1974. The company bases its management model on innovation and creativity within its retailers. The company size consist of over 10,000 employees.
