American Vintage expands Sports Club with second drop
French fashion brand American Vintage is expanding its American Vintage Sports Club activewear line with a second drop. One year after the initial launch, the brand is presenting a womenswear and menswear collection built around three themes: “Studio”, “Terrain” and “Ville”.
According to American Vintage, the pieces combine technical performance with the brand's signature identity. The drop will be available from October 25 at selected boutiques worldwide and via the brand's e-commerce store. For this second drop, American Vintage has opted for a classic size range, running from XS to XL.
Studio: inspired by dance
The “Studio” theme is dedicated entirely to womenswear and draws on the codes of dance and floor barre. Bodysuits, bralettes, fitted tops, leggings and wrap tops are inspired by the attire of ballet dancers. Key styles include the “DIJOO” and “ZIK” models.
Designed for lightweight layering, the pieces are crafted from ultra-fine, soft fabrics that feel like a second skin. They come in matte, glossy or subtly iridescent finishes such as “XIM”. Graphic and reflective details lend a contemporary, urban edge to the dance codes.
Terrain: for intensive workouts
“Terrain” focuses on fitness, boxing, running and padel. Supportive leggings, shorts, technical tops and lightweight jackets form a functional wardrobe in which every piece serves a specific purpose.
The brand incorporates a variety of textures: breathable mesh (“WOZZA”), stretch jersey (“XELO” and “TAMWAY”), ripstop (“VABAY” and “ZUFASTREET”) and a peach-skin fabric (“NUBAY”). Some pieces feature a high-gloss finish, while others offer a matte, minimalist look.
Visible flatlock seams, reflective details and technical finishes accentuate the lines of the body.
Ville: sportswear beyond gym workouts
With “Ville”, American Vintage translates sporting codes into lifestyle silhouettes designed to be worn beyond workouts. Key combinations include a soft jumper layered over an iridescent tracksuit, ripstop shorts paired with a cotton maxi T-shirt, or sculpting leggings worn under a tailored blazer.
This theme includes mesh T-shirts reminiscent of football shirts (“LUESTREET”) and water-repellent technical jackets (“WOYAKA”). It also features ripstop shorts (“LOALA”, “ZUFASTREET” and “VABAY”) in bold, vintage prints. The activewear line also appears in the brand's autumn/winter 2026 collection.
