The Swarovski Tiara illuminated the Vienna Opera Ball, one of the most prestigious, historic cultural events in the Austrian social calendar.
Last night, friends of the House enjoyed a gala dinner at Vienna’s historic Hotel Sacher before participating at the ball together with CEO Alexis Nasard and Creative Director of the House, Giovanna Engelbert.
The evening was illuminated by exceptional talent as model and actress Iris Law exuded elegance in Constella and Matrix jewelry and Guillaume Diop, Étoile dancer of the Paris Opera Ballet, shined in Millenia, Constella, Swan, Matrix and Sublima collections. While Fran Drescher appeared luminous with a standout Constella necklace and matching drop earrings.
The audience experienced a fairytale evening as 160 debutant couples waltzed around the grand ballroom of the Vienna State Opera in exquisitely crafted Swarovski Tiaras that shone brightly in the lights.
For 2026, Global Creative Director Giovanna Engelbert drew inspiration from the famed Swarovski Swan emblem as the House continues its celebration of 130 Years of Joy. Adorned with 315 stones and composed of round, pear, marquise, and baguette cuts, the design is elevated by a single pear-cut crystal at the Swan’s neck, bringing its grace, elegance, and poise to life.
From mid-January until mid-March the House will present a traveling exhibition of Swarovski Tiaras through the ages will feature designs by Karl Lagerfeld, Dolce & Gabbana and Christian Lacroix. The exquisite pieces will be showcased in Vienna and New York.
Visitors to Vienna will be able to view the 2026 Swarovski Tiara at Swarovski Kristallwelten Store Wien, Kärntner Straße 24, where it will be exhibited until March 14th, 2026.
