The famous company in the childhood sector returns to Pitti Bimbo with new proposals under the banner of sustainability

Nanan, the "Made in Italy" company dedicated to infancy, will be present with an innovative and mind-blowing collection at the 96 edition of Pitti Immagine Bimbo, the most important fair in the infant and childrenswear sector staged in Florence from January 18 to 20. In the wake of a renewal operation that began already the previous year, the brand aims to continue and expand its growth path in international markets. The appointment as Creative Director of Catrinel Marlon, model, actress and director, has given an important added value to this mission: thanks also to her previous experiences in the film and fashion industry, Catrinel Marlon represents the perfect figure able to make the brand even more prestigious in the field of visual communication and advertising.

The FW 23/24 Collection is a riot of sweetness and naturalness that confirms Nanan as one of the most iconic and exclusive brands in the world of childhood. Brand new that will be presented at Pitti Bimbo is the Fluffy Elegance line, a tender capsule of rompers created to cuddle and wrap your baby in a soft maternal embrace. The cashmere fiber used in the making of the garments is obtained according to sustainable processing in accordance with European standards, just as in an ethical way the breeding and shearing process of sheep takes place, totally cruelty free.

Each component of the collection is a unique piece: the strong point is sustainability, thanks to the use of materials intended to be given a second life, in order to celebrate their timeless value. Hence the inspirational mood "Seasonless": a new concept of overcoming traditional seasonality, which stems from the analysis of the global context on markets and the demands of buyers from every corner of the world. In the first part of the collection, designed for toddlers, basic garments take center stage, where chenille, organic cotton jersey and yarn are colored in pastel shades such as pink, light blue, beige and white. For a more glamorous look, it is possible to range in the palette of natural palettes, from "Natural Green" to "Classic Blue."

The second part of the collection, dedicated to the Baby line, is always dominated by the Season less Nature mood, aimed at celebrating the resilient potential of Nature, which, with its spontaneous metamorphoses, triumphs over every seasonal sequence; this principle allows each garment of the label a versatile and sustainable use, aimed at a deep reconnection with the cycle of Nature. Behind every fabric and detail is a careful selection in order to minimize environmental impact, yet without sacrificing modern and carefully crafted finishes.

In the first Baby collection theme "Biscoff Bear," cuddles and sweetness take center stage thanks to soft "hand-wool" fabrics, while the palette is tinged with Soft Colours: a delicate alternation of grey melange, natural white and caramel is juxtaposed with tender checks and soft corduroys. The second Baby "Over Blue" theme is a Classic Modern, whose "color world" is enlivened by micro-patterns and flanneled checks. It cannot miss the glamorous touch of the jacket and pants suit in "wool hand" knit fabric in a shade of ultramarine blue: a classic look even more tender when completed with a cream-colored teddy fur. The third theme is dominated by a color world called "Mix of Nature": the color palette is a delicate alternation of soft and bright shades, such as sugar paper, cream beige, milk white, and vintage blue. Retro patterns such as knitted herringbone, check and microcheck increasingly mark the mood of the collection while also adding a hint of "Timeless concept." Protagonists are jersey and exclusive "Velvet soft fleece" sweatshirts.

Alongside the more classic and continuous lines that make the brand recognizable and loved by mothers all over the world, Nanan will present its first Made in Italy black lacquered bedroom set, an absolute novelty for the baby and children's furniture market. What may seem like an unusual choice for the industry is instead an innovative style proposition that meets increasingly demanding market demands. The BLACK EDITION collection includes a line of furniture that furnishes the children's bedroom and gives elegance and style to such an intimate and important place for the family. The crib, with a modern and essential design, is made of fine black lacquered wood for a refined and impactful effect. The frame, with rounded corners, features movable side rails that can be raised and lowered to make the crib more easily. Casters can be added to the base of the frame to move the bed conveniently.

Also completing the BLACK EDITION range is an elegant dresser with large drawers and the baby bath, a practical piece of furniture equipped with a removable changing table and internal tub. All the furniture in the BLACK collection is designed to last and can be reused even as the child grows and his or her needs change. The furniture knobs feature the iconic tone-on-tone black bear, but can be replaced with more linear handles. Thanks to the black lacquer color, these elegant and exclusive pieces of furniture can fit into any space in the home. Refined but at the same time practical and comfortable, Nanan reconfirms itself as a reference brand for childhood, where elegance and comfort meet to meet the needs of mothers and the dreams of children.
