Net-a-Porter once made their mark as one of the first luxury e-commerce channels to offer same-day delivery service. Now, the high end e-tailer has stepped it up a notch by partnering with chopper-on-demand service Blade to offer consumers same-day delivery service to the Hamptons. The partnership will also be done in conjunction with Net-a-Porter's brother site Mr. Porter.

To celebrate the partnership, the shop will be offering an exclusive Hamptons Get Away Kit for purchase, which includes two one-way Blade tickets to the Hamptons along with a specially selected kit of summer travel essentials for 1400 dollars. The kit will launch on both sites June 15, to coincide with the start of the same-day delivery service.

Net-a-Porter has become the cash cow for parent company Richemont. According to Footwear News, the current year is looking difficult for Richemont, but the merger of Yoox and Net-a-Porter drove full-year 2015-16 sales and profits at the luxury conglomerate company.
