After many years of research and development we have now designed and added two ultimate coats to cover all your outerwear needs. The first coat is a classic rainwear piece, the second is a developed rainwear piece offering you the ultimate coat to integrate into your daily life. The Amsterdam-based label, founded by British designer Melanie Brown, combines craftsmanship with contemporary, raw elegance. The garments have strong constructed forms, giving the clothes a minimalist attitude, where unexpected details add a playful element. BYBROWN reflects the individuality of the strong, sensual, discerning woman. Our rainwear offers you protection, allowing you to express your state of mind in all the extremities that the environment may throw at you.

WHOLESALE CONDITIONS: ORDER QUANTITY | PAYMENT BYBROWN’s minimum volume or purchase is 6-9 pieces. All orders must be accompanied by pre-payment. We require a pre-payment of 30% of your total order in advance. The remaining 30% must be paid within 2 weeks after receiving the goods. Orders will not be shipped until pre-payment is received and confirmed. Until the remaining 70% has been paid, BYBROWN remains owner and has the right to reclaim products. BYBROWN offers several international payment methods: creditcard and international/domestic bank transfers. BYBROWN will send you an order confirmation within 2 days after placing an order, sending you the invoice and tracking embedded in this order confirmation. Extra costs associated with international payments are to be fully paid by the wholesale account, PRODUCT OWNERSHIP The BYBROWN products are to be sold on your own online store, or retail shop. However, no products or goods purchased from or produced by BYBROWN should be resold by or through any online auction or online store (such as Alibaba, Ebay, Amazon or any similar sites) without the expressed permission of BYBROWN. Upon request BYBROWN will send you any images, movies or digital renders that you might require for marketing, branding, print and online purposes. The content can be requested when the payment in-full is received and should not be distributed without informing BYBROWN. DELIVERY & RETURN If products are available in BYBROWN’s stock, delivery will take up to 5 working days. If they aren’t available in our stock you will have to take a lead-time into account, ordering with lead-time will have a duration of 4 months. BYBROWN understands the need for real-time product and colour review. For this reason, we offer you a 14-day cost free return policy, starting from the date you have received the order. When products are reviewed all garments should remain unworn and all tags should stay attached. On every return order BYBROWN will issue a form which should be filled in. After filling the return form, please return your order to the BYBROWN head office, address below. Order errors must be brought to BYBROWN’s attention within 5 business days after receipt of shipment. We endeavour to protect each other’s reputation; if you or your customer find an issue related to manufacturing defects / flaws during the first two weeks, we will work with you to find a resolution. PACKAGING All products come, packaged in recycled carton boxes and plastic free, shipped with Track & Trace DHL Parcel. DHL Express shipping and/or fast shipping is possible; however, the extra costs associated with this are charged on the wholesale account.
