THE FUTURE OF FOOTWEAR FASHOIN Two years ago, the shoe brand Greyder Lab was established to make the world a better place, with its head-office located in the South of The Netherlands: 's-Hertogenbosch. As a colourful bunch of personalities with different backgrounds and interests, they care about creativity, orginality, comfort, nature and its resources, innovation, trends, transparency and social responsibility. Greyder Lab strives to improve style, quality and fitting, as well as your footprint with every day and every shoe.

This is how ''caring'' became the ''why'' behind Greyder lab. Greyder Lab's shoe collection therefore consists of funky womens and mens shoes made from up to 90% recycled materials, such as coffee waste, sugarcane, plastic bottles fished from the Mediterranean Sea, recycled cotton and car tyres. Not only in the shoes, their motto ''#WECARE'' is applied: with their Forrest Fund, they plant 10,000 trees during Spring, to create and preserve forest. Furthermore, as certified ‘Leather Working Group’ brand, they commit themselves to working with leathers of LWG manufacturers, who altogether save a valuable amount of energy and water each year. So when they don’t use recycled or organic materials, they only use leather from LWG suppliers. And trail shoes, as good and beautiful as shoes in stores, but normally thrown away as garbage, will be given to refugees who fled from the civil war in Eritrea.
