ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
Primary Responsibilities:
• Proactively resolve audit discrepancies and address store vulnerabilities.
• Liaison with field management in resolving theft/fraud cases
• Review, analyze, and react to historical and present factors related to shrink.
• Identify operational opportunities that would cause negative impacts on sales and/or bottom-line financials.
• Develop investigative leads through exception-based reporting.
• Provide training to field and store personnel as it relates to operational expectations according to company policies, directives, and execution.
• Maintain exceptional knowledge on all operational areas (i.e. HR, Visual, Marketing, LP, Inventory Control).
• Assist on special assignments and projects.
• Provide verbal and written communication on findings to senior management.
• Participate in management meetings, working closely with them to ensure operational compliance with policies.
• Partnership and communication with field management, to include traveling and training with said personnel.
• Ensure that all safety and security precautions are being followed and are compliant.
• Provide positive influence at all times.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-
• Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS -
• 2 years of retail experience
• Must possess a high level of verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• General Computer Skills.
• Availability for heavy travel.
The pay range for this role is $69,000-$75,000/year.
