This includes utilizing our current set of program management tools and processes, as well as looking to continually improve and optimize how we work, meet, communicate, make decisions, and deliver.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
• Deploy world-class program management processes and tools while encouraging a data-driven culture supporting decision making, prioritization, and process gates/dates approvals.
• Drive a process that results in predictable top-down and bottom-up communication alignment and trust; clearly connect communication and top-down planning to daily execution (Goals, OKRs, PgM Review, etc).
• Map and analyze current processes and capabilities, identifying bottlenecks and pain points.
• Coordinate and capture all key program learnings, data, KPI’s, metrics, and decisions.
• Develop and refine processes for integrating waterfall and constraints-driven hardware development processes with Agile/Scrum-based software delivery processes.
