Fashion data company Fitcode and Hudson Jeans recently came together for a new type of collaboration. The partnership launched on October 5 and allows shoppers to experience the personalized, curated shopping method through hudsonjeans.com.

The site allows shoppers to take a quiz provided by Fitcode that narrows down your shopping. The Fitcode quiz can also be taken by shoppers without leaving the hudsonjeans.com site in order to provide a more seamless experience. The quiz first will point you in the right direction of denim style you need for your body type. Next, the shoppers will be able to filter through their options by brand, style, wash, inseam, fade, and price. Overall, the partnership is meant to allow women to find their best fit based on style, not size.

“Partnering with Hudson [Jeans] just makes sense,” Rian Buckley, Fitcode co-founder and chief executive officer said in a statement. “Our users love Hudson’s free-spirited, iconic styles, and we’re excited to help enhance the buying experience.” Fitcode also is supported by other denim brands including JAG Jeans, Paige, Levi’s 7 For All Mankind, Citizens of Humanity, and more. These are all available through Fitcode’s e-commerce site as well.

While the quiz allows for customers to have a better experience, it also is beneficial for retailers and brands. The results from the quiz can be used for these businesses as insights to help improve sales and increase customer satisfaction. The new innovative technology ultimately is helpful for both shoppers and the fashion industry.
