The relationship between fashion and hip-hop couldn't run any deeper. Name dropping a brand in a Billboard Hot 100 hip-hop song could turn it into a household name over night. We are also living in an era of 90s nostalgia, where everyone wants the vintage styles made popular back then. Alexander Wang is hopping on both the hip-hop and 90s nostalgia bandwagon by teaming up with NYC Procell to curate a selection of 40 of their rarest vintage merchandise t-shirts.

The collection will feature some of Wang's favorite hip-hop and R&B artists including Aaliyah, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and Lauryn Hill.

"I've always believed that 'luxury' is defined in many ways, to some, a rare t-shirt with sentimental value may be the most luxurious item in their closet. These shirts are not only articles of clothing, they really are artifacts from a moment in time. I love how they tell a story from such a specific event and simultaneously blend a feeling of discovery and nostalgia," Wang said to HypeBeast.

Price points for the collection will range from 300 to 2000 dollars. The collection will be available at the Alexander Wang flagship location in Manhattan beginning Wednesday September 6 through September 13 (the entire duration of Fashion Week.)

Wang will be hosting his annual New York Fashion Week runway show on Saturday, September 9 at 9:30 p.m.
