Dr. Scholl's has been making a comeback. What was once seen as grandma's shoes, has now become trendy again thanks to collaborations with other retailers. Their latest retail partner is Anthropologie.

The new three style range includes wedged sandals and a flat sneaker. Price points for the collection range from 108 dollars to 128 dollars.

Anthropologie and Dr. Scholls have had an on-again-off-again relationship since 2013.

The collection is set to launch April 25 at retail stores.

In a statement, Katie Moore, senior designer of Dr. Scholl's, said, "Because of our history of partnership with Anthropologie and our understanding of the styles that have done well for their consumer, this was an easy collaboration. We followed Anthropologie’s lead on material inspiration that aligned with their spring ready to wear. Basically, it was a collaborative effort that started with a selection of styles and materials, which we worked to narrow down to a capsule collection — keeping in mind the consumer and our shared goal to curate a hand-crafted collection that offered a range of options.”

In the past several years, Dr. Scholl's has collaborated with both Steven Alan and J. Crew.

With collaborations appearing to be a long-standing trend for retail, Dr. Scholl's chose a smart path for them to take a bigger share of the market.
