Aritzia's Babaton launches handbags

Aritzia is expanding its accessories category. Their in-house brand Babaton is debuting a selection of leather and suede handbags for fall 2016.

The collection is very minimalist, with simple silhouettes and colors like navy, black, and red being offered. The new collection puts Babaton alongside Aritzia's other handbag offerings including Aritzia's other in-house label Auxiliary, and Herschel Supply Co.

In addition to handbags, Aritzia also offers other accessories like hats, hosiery, scarves, sunglasses, and small leather goods.

Price points for the Babaton collection range from 175 dollars to 395 dollars. The bags will be available at Aritzia stores later this month.
