Los Angeles-based clothing line Dosa recently teamed up with London cult shop Egg for a summer collaboration.

Christina Kim, designer and founder of Dosa, teamed with Egg in order to create a unique, specialized summer collection. This is Kim’s first collaboration with the boutique. “It bridges art with clothing, fusing the two together in a way that is neither one nor the other,” Kim told Financial Times. The limited-edition collection is entitled “Pink” which encompasses the vision of matching summery, contemporary designs with vibrant shades of pink. The inspiration for the collection came from Burma. “These pinks hold my memories of a trip to Myanmar, where late afternoons were spent pedaling the back roads of Bagan in search of sunset hour,” Kim told Telegraph. The collection consists of loose tops, tanks, and dresses all different shades of pink. The color palette ranges from fuchsia, magenta, and other varying light and dark shades. The prices range from approximately 200 to 520 euro. The collection will be available at Egg until the end of the month.

Egg just recently launched its online store earlier this month. The London cult shop is known for its famous warehouse-style club ambience and various events. Upcoming events include music performances including hip-hop and Italian style music.

Dosa, founded in 1984, was created by Kim. The brand is based in downtown Los Angeles with the design, production, and shipping process all done locally. Dosa also has an office based in New York. Her designs are notable for their feminine style that mix eclectic patterns and solid separates. In price, her collections typically range from approximately 48 to 1,232 dollars. Kim’s last collaboration included teaming up with the Los Angeles Contemporary Museum of Art (LACMA) for an art collection.
