Up-and-coming Korean streetwear brand Errornyc has collaborated with rustic-chic restaurant Sweetchick, best known for their chicken and waffles, on a new capsule collection. The collaboration was celebrated with a pop-up this past weekend on New York's Lower East Side.

The collection consists of a customized apron that takes on a tech aesthetic for the Sweetchick staff as well as a long sleeve silhouette with many features. The reversible long sleeve shirts come in an off-white color and black with exaggerated stitching that hangs loose and a graphic that adds the Error affect to the Sweetchick logo. Pul Sheen, the creative director and designer of Errornyc, curated the idea in a form of innovation and to mark his stamp in the fashion industry.

Sweetchick has also debuted and added a temporary Korean style dish to their menu; a Korean fried chicken sauce to go with a scallion waffle and Korean Asian slaw. The collection will be exclusively sold in Select Sweetchick locations and their Brooklyn locations while the Korean added dish will officially be on the menu November 1.

For emerging designers, like Pul Sheen, collaborations are a great way to get their names out there by working with a bigger name. While the designer and his brand are slowly developing a following in NYC, this will help them gain the attention of tourists and Brooklyn residents who frequent Sweetchick locations.
