On Sunday, October 1, Stephen Paddock opened fired at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. As reported by CNN, 59 people were killed and least 527 were injured.

In response to this great tragedy, which was described as the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history, the fashion industry has reached out with messages of compassion via social media in the face of this horrific tragedy. Editors, models, designers, and other industry professionals have all come together to unite in the face of violence and call for action to provide aid for victims and support gun control in America.
