Grace Lee and Steven Alan collaborate for eyewear collection

Jewelry designer Grace Lee has made her entrance into the world of eyewear. The fine jeweler has collaborated with New York designer Steven Alan for a two piece collection. The collection will be respectfully titled Steven Alan x Grace Lee.

The sunglasses will hit stores come this November, just in time to put it on your holiday wish list. The styles include lace metalwork inspired by Lee's "Lace Crown" ring. Her gold foil design is available in light pink or black acetate with a price point of 265 dollars.

In regards to the creation of her design, Lee told WWD, "“I started to think what would make sunglasses. You think, ‘Oh, put diamonds on it,’ but I didn’t want to go that route. [Instead,] we took the lace-ring pattern and made it into a collage.” It's certainly a very original collaboration, and will be sure to win the adoration of designer sunglass lovers.
