2015 is shaping up to be the year of men's wear, and every brand is taking notice and trying to get their piece of pie. The latest company to enter into the men's wear market is House of Holland, and it is sure to be quite the treat. Henry Holland became famous for his funky aesthetic with women's wear, which has seen plenty of original technicolor patterns.

His original and exciting looks are sure to translate over to men's wear, so, don't expect any boring black and white here. House of Holland will debut this year at London Collections: Men, next month June 14. House of the Holland is the latest company to announce their expansion into men's wear apparel, following Mr. Hare, which recently announced that they will be expanding far beyond sneakers and launching men's apparel at London Collections: Men this year as well.

Henry Holland brings his eccentric style to men's wear

Holland has announced that his first collection will be inspired by youth culture and tribal uniforms. That is probably quite difficult for many to wrap their head around as a design aesthetic, but, this is a man who is known for always keeping his fans on their toes. The collection will draw on "Teds, casuals, buffalo kids and ravers" according to Holland.

For a man who is clearly very heavy on the art aesthetic it is only fitting that Holland will be debuting his first men's collection in a London gallery space. Of course, Holland's eccentricity doesn't stop there. Holland has tapped photographer Martin Parr, a man known for his wry, observational images, to shoot the new men's collection in Holland's hometown of Ramsbottom in Northern England.

The collection will be launched to press and consumers at the same time, so, until then, any further details of the collection will be under wraps. Stores that will carry the collection include Selfridges in London, Opening Ceremony in the U.S. (rejoice NYC residents), and Galeries Lafayette in Paris in Beijing.

Holland told WWD that, "I feel like we have found a great solution to the ‘see now, want now, buy now’ culture we are increasingly working within. I’m excited to see the reaction.” The reaction will hopefully be a welcome one, as men's wear just got more great offerings. It's only halfway through the year and men's wear is ruling the fashion world as king with another company entering the men's wear market.
