Lilly Pulitzer made its return to the catwalk last week, hosting its first runway show in nearly two decades while marking the revival of its menswear line.
In honor of the brand’s 65th anniversary, Lilly Pulitzer hosted an exclusive fashion show at the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens in West Palm Beach, Florida, the past weekend. The event showcased the brand’s upcoming Spring 2025 collection and the return of its menswear line.
The runway show opened with a unique maxi shift dress, the style that kick-started the development of the Lilly Pulitzer brand in 1959. It included 37 looks that paid homage to the brand's resort aesthetic.
The upcoming Lilly Pulitzer menswear collection, set to launch in Spring 2025, took a leaf from the brand’s first men’s collection from the 1960s. The menswear line revived its original name, "Men’s Stuff," as coined by Lilly herself. The first collection combines heritage-inspired colors and prints with a fresh, modern twist.
The new Men’s Stuff collection features linen shirts, printed bottoms, polos, swim trunks, patterned blazers, ties, and coordinating pocket squares, reimagining classic style for today’s man. In addition to debuting the Lilly Pulitzer menswear collection, the runway show also featured items from the new Reserve Capsule, which builds on the success of the brand’s highly sought-after Anniversary Collection from Spring 2024.
The runway show also coincided with the opening of an exclusive photography exhibit at the gardens and museum, ‘Slim Aarons: Gold Coast,’ in partnership with Getty Images, which celebrates the artist’s work and the founder of Lilly Pulitzer and features images of Lilly captured by Aaron.
