Occasional fashion designer Lindsay Lohan has decided to throw her hat back in the design ring. Her previous design credits include her 6126 leggings, a collaboration with Ungaro, and a collaboration with PacSun. Now, the lady who is still remembered for "Mean Girls" fame has teamed up with Lavish Alice for a collaboration that is heavy on the fringe, flirty with the hemlines, and fit for the office or a night on the town.

While Lohan's past collections weren't exactly winning celebrity collaboration of the year, this one seems a little better positioned than the rest. Lavish Alice, a U.K. based retailer, seems to be one of England's best secrets. The brand is a bit low-key, but, they are certainly nothing to scoff at. They are known for clothing the backs of many international personalities and reality stars such as Millie Mackintosh, Michelle Keegan, Rosie Fortescue, and Fernie Cotton.

The brand has been featured in Grazia Online and InStyle UK. While they have traditionally collaborated with bloggers like Kari Devereaux of Vogue, they might have been on to something by getting a celebrity like Lohan. The major thing in fashion lately for celebrities who have been looking to make a comeback or rebuild their credentials is trying to align with the fashion industry. Think Justin Bieber's new association with Balmain Creative Director Olivier Rousteing.

Lohan, who has had a rocky career over the past few years, having been dismissed from set and developing a reputation for being hard to work with, could stand to redeem herself in the eyes of the public, many of whom may have forgotten about her since her "Mean Girls" days. U.S. Glamour has already begun raving about how stylish some of the pieces are. The pieces are at a very moderate price point as well, with price points for the collection ranging from 60 dollars to 116 dollars.

Other items in the collection aside from the flirty skirts and fringe heavy pieces include basics like culottes, crop tops, and head to toe knits. Lohan also looks quite fresh and fierce in the campaign for the collection as well, as she gazes into our souls with her signature pouty lips and her hair tossed over one eye. Could this be the beginning of a comeback? We'll just have to wait and see.
