New York - Italian-based luxury label Bruno Magli celebrates their 80th anniversary next year. The brand announced this week, as reported by WWD, that Marcraft Apparel Group has been licensed to produce their inaugural men's tailored clothing collection.

The collection of men's suits, sport coats, ties and shirts will launch for fall 2016, and will retail with an average price point between 895 dollars and 995 dollars, with select special items costing up to 1495 dollars. The collection will be made from all Italian fabrics that are manufactured in Italy, and will even feature a half-canvas make according to Marcraft's Joe Gordon.

Bruno Magli is owned by Marquee Brands, which also owns Ben Sherman.

Last night the firm hosted an event at the Chef's Club on Mulberry Street to showcase Magli's history. On display were women's shoes from the brand's archive, in addition to styles from the men's and women's fall collection, and even a preview at the inaugural tailored clothing collection.
