New York Men’s Day (NYMD), the biannual menswear collective showcase, will present five emerging designers alongside three returning designers at its 25th edition.

Taking place on February 11, simultaneously with the start of New York Fashion Week, NYMD presented by Project by Informa continues its partnership with Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan, returning to the flagship dealership located in Hell’s Kitchen for its presentation at 770 11th Avenue, New York City.

“Menswear is always evolving, and New York Men’s Day is at the forefront of that evolution,” said Edwina Kulego, VP of Global Business Development and Growth at Fashion by Informa, in a statement. “The energy NYMD brings to kick off New York Fashion Week is unmatched, showcasing the creativity and innovation. At Project, we share NYMD’s mission of supporting emerging talent and curating everything the modern man needs. We’re proud to be the title sponsor and champion the future of menswear.”

Designers showing for the first time at NYMD include: Avon Anglers, a New York-based menswear brand focusing on craftsmanship, transparency, and intentional design; Christoper Lowman, a luxury New York label blending elevated tailoring with contemporary street culture; Science Project Company, a luxury streetwear brand inspired by military codes, technical tailoring and functional layering; Monday Blues Studio, a sustainable luxury house upcycling discard burlap coffee bags into new one-of-a-kind designs; and Wangda,  New York–based label that mixes Eastern craftsmanship with minimalist sensibility.

Together with returning designers A.Potts, Chelsea Grays, and Peak Lapel, these eight emerging designers will present their latest collections in their own designated section at Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan. Each section will be curated to reflect each label’s identity and inspiration. The designer previews will take place concurrently with Project by Informa’s preview of brands participating in the upcoming edition of Project Las Vegas, as well as select labels from Project’s Incubator Program during New York Men’s Day.

“We are thrilled to return to Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan for our 25th showing of New York Men’s Day,”  said Ethan Hawker, founder of Agentry PR, who manages the event in a statement. “The incredible space and technology provide the perfect backdrop for our platform, and we are excited for PROJECT by Informa to show up in a bigger way this season through their sponsorship.”
