In addition to being one of today's most beloved pop artists, Nick Jonas is now adding fashion designer to his résumé. Jonas will be collaborating with John Varvatos on a capsule collection that will debut this spring. He will also become the new face for the brand.

Varvatos is no stranger to collaborating with music stars, having worked with everyone from Ringo Starr to Kiss in the past, but this is the first time he has done a capsule collection with a music star. The collection will be called JV x NJ. As all things John Varvatos, it will build its aesthetic off of rock 'n roll style.

“This collaboration is unique to us,” Varvatos said to WWD. “We’ve never done another collaboration with any artist, any individual, on the product, the design, the aesthetic of the brand. I look forward to doing many more things with Nick in the future.”

JV x NJ to rollout this spring

It is also an homage to Detroit, where Varvatos is from and where Jonas has played numerous venues. Jonas is also known to have worn John Varvatos ensembles in the past to public engagements. This marks his first apparel collaboration too, as he's previously only worked with Creative Recreation on a sneaker line.

Price points for the seven piece collection range from 98 dollars to 1698 dollars. The collection will be sold at John Varvatos stores, on Johnvarvatos.com and at Nordstrom, which is the exclusive retail partner for the collaboration.
