Q&Q SmileSolar has unveiled their holiday 2015 collection done in collaboration with Red List. The International Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List is considered the world's most comprehensive inventory of the global conservation status of endangered species.

The line is very color-driven, and features prints of endangered species like the Nigerian Giraffe, Snow Leopards, Phillipine Crocodiles, Grevy's Zebras, Sumatran Tigers, Green Peafowls, and Burmese Pythons. A portion of the proceeds of these watches will go towards IUCN.

The goal of the collaboration is to help support the conservation of these endangered species. The limited edition collection regularly retails for 50 dollars, but they are currently being sold at a reduced holiday price of 37 dollars and 50 cents.

Some of the notable features of the watch include no battery charging required, a solar-powered system that keeps the watch operating 3.5 months after a single charge, crafting from both virgin and recycled materials, and a water resistant casing. For those looking for a Christmas gift, this might be a nice one that will go toward a cause.
