Splendid launches collaboration with Damsel in Dior fashion blogger

After much anticipation, Damsel in Dior blogger Jacey Duprie launched her collaboration with ready-to-wear label Splendid.

The comfy apparel capsule collection consisted of six pieces designed with Splendid’s elevated basics in mind. Pairing the label’s luxury pieces with Duprie’s lax, everyday style resulted in soft, simple designs for the collection. The collection consist of a plain, solid white cotton shirtdress, a sleek striped long sleeve, basic tees, a beige button-down, and heather cotton sweatpants. The collaboration reflects Duprie’s personal style with a color palette of neutral and earthy colors including olive green, white, navy and black. The six-piece collection retails from 78 to 198 dollars in price.

Duprie is most commonly known through her lifestyle and fashion blog Damsel in Dior. Her social media standing is currently over 200k on Instagram and over 13k on Facebook. The “dior” part of her blog reflects her taste in upscale clothing, although Duprie maintains her down-to-earth overall street style.

Splendid and Duprie kicked off the new collection with an event at Splendid’s store at the Grove. The event featured the designer Duprie herself to meet with customers at the collection’s launch. The capsule collection is current available at Splendid locations and on the brand’s e-commerce site.
