Stuart Weitzman collaborates with Gigi Hadid

Luxury accessories brand Stuart Weitzman has collaborated with Gigi Hadid, the face of its autumn/winter 2016 campaign, on a new boot, the Gigi Boot.

The hiker-inspired high heel combat Gigi Boot was co-designed by the model and aims to reflect her personal style, and features a stacked heel, metallic eyelets, duo-toned laces designed to wrap around the ankle, and a detailed collar.

The Gigi Boot will be available in three materials, a classic nero soft croco-calf leather and two shiny metallics, including iron specchio and copper glass, with prices starting at 565 dollars.

To support the collaboration launch, actor James Franco has directed a short film titled #DoItRight starring Hadid as a champion boxer training in the Gigi Boot. Hadid’s real-life training regiment inspired the short film that features the song “Do It Right” by Martin Solveig and Tkay Maidza.

In addition, the collaboration boot is part of Stuart Weitzman’s partnership with Pencils of Promise, where the brand has committed to building three schools, one each in Ghana, Guatemala and Laos to create quality elementary programmes within rural regions of developing nations.

The Gigi Boot and signature Gigi Hadid box is available exclusively at Stuart Weitzman stores and online.
