Italian luxury brand Tod's has partnered up with designer Gabriela Hearst for a limited-edition shoe. Rather than just being another one of Tod's stylish shoe offerings, this particular shoe is for a good cause. 20 percent of the proceeds will go towards Save the Children.

For the shoe, Tod's updated their classic slip-on sneaker with a men's brogue detail and Morse-code trim that reads "love." The shoe was initially developed for Hearst's fall 2016 collection before she decided to collaborate with Tod's.

The retail price for the shoe will be 645 dollars. Tod's is manufacturing the shoe, and distributing it at their stores and on Tods.com. The shoes, which are made in Italy, will be available in calf leather with color options of black, navy, white, and silver metallic with contrasting trim, handcrafted woven rope trim, and rubber outsole with embossed pebbles.

As part of the promotional marketing for the project, Hearst organized a portrait project with Peruvian photographers Hans Neuman, featuring Dakota Fanning, Lauren Hutton, Miroslava Duma, Lindsey Adelman, Save the Children donor Dorrit Morley, and Save the Children staff member Zaineb Malick. Each subject is photographed wearing the shoes.
